Once the Real Work Experience system is setup at your school, students are able to register to become "assistants" within the program. When approved by an administrator, the student is able to receive specific projects that they manage through a student dashboard.

Students have access to our support team for questions, including ideas on how best to handle unique circumstances.

The system administrator monitors participating businesses throughout the community. This is done from a centralized dashboard. In some cases a "hybrid" model will be implemented where the local Chamber of Commerce
manages the community, but the college manages the online Real Work Experience program.

When the administrator notices a low level of effective implementation for a particular business, the business can be assigned to a registered student or placed into the multi-class workflow. The results can be extremely beneficial.

At this point the student receives a project notification email that appends this business to the student's dashboard. From here the student can easily manage all projects, marking them when completed.

Once completed and approved by the system administrator, the business owner receives notification and may assume management of the local advertising system for the business.

It is at this point that we take over all support questions. The school or students do not have to be concerned with technology and technical support. That's our job.
